Good service and AirMiles as well Advantages: No problems with connections or service, cheaper rates, free AirMiles on what we pay Disadvantages: Customer service has kind of a long wait After a none-too-happy discovery that we were being fleeced by AT&T, we switched to MCI, now known as MCIWorldcom since their merger. So far, I have had no problems with service or line quality whatsoever.
