Disadvantages: Standard version does not support mp3 to cda conversion

...The Adaptec Easy Creator Software is simple and straightforward to use. The graphical interface is simple to understand, and the help files are comprehensive, although the help wizard is irritating (as one would expect!). There are a few minor gripes about the software, it cannot convert file types unless the deluxe version is used. Furthermore, it cannot work in conjunction with other programs such as Nero which support mp3 to cda conversions. The filesize is not overwhelming and installation is simple through a setup wizard. All in all, the Adaptec software is recommended for most cd-rw, but for a complete suite, I would recommend the delux version.... Read review

Advantages: Fast, helpfull, easy to use

...Adaptec Easy CD creator 4.0 new version, I purchased this program late last year, I think in November. The Program came on CD and was very easy and quick to install. I found the set-up program very easy to use, and I was up and running very quickly. I managed to copy a CD in a few minutes including installing the software. I found the very helpful and nice to look at assistant very handy. I wanted to convert my old record collection to CDs so I can play them in my car. I plugged my record player in and pushed play the computer worked out the track intervals and it all worked brilliantly... Read review
