Esprimo...Not So Bad As People Make Out!
Review of Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Mobile V5535 - Celeron M 530 1.73 GHz - 15.4" TFT by
Luke180
Advantages: Sleek And Robust!
Disadvantages: Not Good For Gaming!
I brought this laptop and was very satisfied with it. There are some positives and some negatives to the product. I will start with the disadvantages.
It is not as fast as a laptop which has an Intel Core Duo Processor as this product contains a Intel Celeron M. a Core Duo means it can do the 2 things at the same time at the same speed 1 thing would be done on the equivalent Celeron M.
I went to get this changed in mine to a Core Duo but it cannot ... ...so please be aware before you buy to get the one that you would like.
Also the video card is not good and on the Windows Opta Index Rating it is given 1.0 which is poor and again in this computer cannot be updated unless at a higher cost than a new laptop. Again seriously consider!
The battery life is very poor on this machine on high performance it last only 1 Hour and 3 Minutes.
There are many advantages to the product with its sleek design ...

Average & Expensive
Review of Fujitsu Siemens LifeBook S7110 Value - Core Duo T2500 2 GHz - 14.1" TFT by

Advantages: Good Performance
Disadvantages: Not easy to use as a programmer
Having bought this product second hand I feel I can objectively give my opinion on how well this product performs, as I was not biased at the point of sale by its looks, or features. As a web developer I use computers almost constantly so ease of use is of utmost importance, and unfortunately for me I do not find this a user friendly piece of equipment.
Let me start with the positives. It is a nice size and although quite heavy it is of good build ... ...can be viewed from an angle which is ideal for presenting to a client. Performance wise it is pretty quick and can handle several heavy weight applications open at once, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator & Dreamweaver.
However I expected a higher resolution than 1024 x 768 for such a high priced business machine. (Any other web developers out there will know that it simply is not big enough). Also because it is quite small in size the keyboard layout ...

Review of Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Pro V3525 Edition - Core Duo T2350 1.86 GHz - 15.4" TFT by
punker123
Advantages: speed
Disadvantages: none
...form the amilo range by fujitsu siemens brand.
this amilo pro edition is cheap and portable and is possible the best looking laptop from the amilo range.
this amilo has a 15.4\" TFT active matrix screen making the image resolution great for watching movies, playing games, viewing pictures and even just websurfing.
its weight drops just below the 3kg mark which seems to be the averge for laptops these days.
what makes this piece of equiptment ... ...can even be upgraded to 4gb for demanding users and its Intel Core Duo T2350 processor is one of the best on the markets today.
this laptop has a great 160gb of storage which will proably be enough for anyones needs however if its not you could easily connect a external hard drive to any one of its 4 high speed usb ports. or its 3 in one card reader.
its 4 hours of battery life is great an is proably one of the best times you can get out of a laptop ...

Review of Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Pro V3515 Edition - Pentium Dual Core T2080 1.73 GHz - 15.4" TFT by

Advantages: great speeds
Disadvantages: not alot of extra features
Fujitsu runs under the siemens brand name. it's a brand that has been around for ages, mainly making TV, DVD players and other electrical goods. Now you've probably all heard about siemens but not really about fujitsu and that's what could put some people off getting there laptops by thinking there a new brand and therefore not reliable.
However, recently they have been making more laptops, all of which I think are very good, and its only just now ... ...as dell are.
This Fujitsu Siemens is an AMILO Pro V3515 Edition. There are many editions of amilos out now so its best having a good look at them all to see which one you'll want.
This specific laptop looks really good, it's a combination of black and silvery white plastic body and this two tone colour makes it look really cool and modern.
It features a Intel Pentium Dual Core T2080 / 1.73 Ghz processor which runs the 1gb of ram very well, and ...
