...a laptop.I was recommended the Dell Inspiron 6400 ,admittedly by an ex-dell engineer..but he had one in his rucksack..so couyldnt be all bad could it? I needed a Laptop that could give me the experince of a Tabletop. And this Computer gave it all and more. The screen is exelent, you can have 2 hard drives installed, in Raid 0 or as 2 disks. The keyboard, the feature with the touch pad is great. You can sit in the sofa and use the mouse directly on the keyboad while the laptop is on the table. ...I installed 2 Gb Ram in mine, because of Windows Vista. Dont like 1 GB. This is recommended.... The sound on this laptop is one of the best things I have ever heard on a laptop. You will not need external speakers to listen to music or watch a movie.
