...the start i had some problems with downloading passages from the internet but it was more to do with the software i had installed on my laptop and not the actual laptop itself. I would recommend getting microsoft software so that there is no problem transferring documents from your laptop to a computer that has microsoft software as, without it, i experienced some problems.
