...over a year know, and Dell over all I would recommend as a hardy piece of kit. No wonder they are number one as anyone wanting a realiable and good working machine then you can do no wrong then a dell. Only a few quibbles but mainly down to 3 people using the laptop everyday, the power plug became loose meaning the screen would flicker and charging would be intermittent. The two USB 2 connectors will be quickly filled with webcams, mp3 players and anything else that you would find glamourous for attention, leaving the perellel and serial ports largely redundant. However, I was impressed by the customizible nature of the website. It's in-depth enough for a power user to make tweaks, but simple enough for beginning users to navigate successfully.
