...over a year know, and Dell over all I would recommend as a hardy piece of kit. No wonder they are number one as anyone wanting a realiable and good working machine then you can do no wrong then a dell. Only a few quibbles but mainly down to 3 people using the laptop everyday, the power plug became loose meaning the screen would flicker and charging would be intermittent. Great computer, very happy with it. The screen is just a bit hard to work with. It keeps on making a cracking sound and moves difficultly when ever you touch it. Worst is you cant oil it or anything because all of the hinges and whatever are sealed in for protection.
