Advantages: Sleek And Robust!
Disadvantages: Not Good For Gaming!

I brought this laptop and was very satisfied with it. There are some positives and some negatives to the product. I will start with the disadvantages. It is not as fast as a laptop which has an Intel Core Duo Processor as this product contains a Intel Celeron M. a Core Duo means it can do the 2 things at the same time at the same speed 1 thing would be done on the equivalent Celeron M. I went to get this changed in mine to a Core Duo but it cannot ...

Also the video card is not good and on the Windows Opta Index Rating it is given 1.0 which is poor and again in this computer cannot be updated unless at a higher cost than a new laptop. Advantages: Quick laptop and not bulky for a 15.4" laptop 2Ghz
Disadvantages: battery life rated at 3 hours. Graphics not for high end use

An excellent laptop, a good balance between memory and CPU speed for most users. Graphics adequate for most things, though not for high end games. 3.4 Vista Index due to graphics, however, all over ratings are around 4.5 -5.5. Highly recommended for general and business use. Disadvantages: not as light as some but by no means is it really heavy

I have had this laptop for a month now and its great Its got incredible detail and amazing clarity. fingerprint recognition log on by swiping finger slowly over sensor in palm rest this stops anyone else using your laptop with out your consent. Advantages: Amazing Notebook Computer
Disadvantages: Portability, Battery Life, Brilliant View Screen and its hinges

Great computer, very happy with it. The screen is just a bit hard to work with. It keeps on making a cracking sound and moves difficultly when ever you touch it. Worst is you cant oil it or anything because all of the hinges and whatever are sealed in for protection. The brilliant view screen is pretty awesome, it just reflects a lot and is impossible to work on with a window behind you. It also attracts a lot of dust. The battery life is also ...
...a desktop pc after a while so it not the end of the world. I would not recommend it to anyone needing mobility and long battery hours. It's a brilliant machine otherwise. I bought a dell inspiron 1721 laptop about 10 months ago, when we received it would not work so i phoned the support line, it turned out that the 2 hard drives had not been connected in and they sent out these screws to connect them in place. since then the computer kept going to a blue screen and then safe mode, it then has crashed beyond repair and we lost everything on it. It was sent for repair and 2 new hard drives were fitted, within a week ...
...who claimed it was a software problem and i would have to pay £60 to have it sorted. After 2 hours of arguing with them they eventually agreed to have a look at it and it turned out they had to replace both lots of RAM and a complete new mother board.
