...what you expect from a HP business laptop. HP Service I have had a few problems but they have been sorted very quickly. The power supply was over heating so got replaced and the DVD drive was making a loud rattle. Both times I submitted a service call on the HP site and the replacement part was at my door within 36hrs in N. Ireland with a prepaid label to return the faulty part. I myself do not own this product. However my friends owns this particular product and I use it very frequently. The memory capacity is good but would be better with 2 G B. The weight is OK my laptop weighs 1.5 kg so is far better. A company came out with flash drive memory. I think it is faster. The company also claimed the same. They said it was about 33 percent faster. It does makes a difference. I dont know if it is available in India. I would surely like to own one.
