Disadvantages: Battery life could be better

...what you expect from a HP business laptop. HP Service I have had a few problems but they have been sorted very quickly. The power supply was over heating so got replaced and the DVD drive was making a loud rattle. Both times I submitted a service call on the HP site and the replacement part was at my door within 36hrs in N. Ireland with a prepaid label to return the faulty part.
