Esprimo...Not So Bad As People Make Out!
Review of Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Mobile V5535 - Celeron M 530 1.73 GHz - 15.4" TFT by Luke180

Advantages: Sleek And Robust!
Disadvantages: Not Good For Gaming!

I brought this laptop and was very satisfied with it. There are some positives and some negatives to the product. I will start with the disadvantages. It is not as fast as a laptop which has an Intel Core Duo Processor as this product contains a Intel Celeron M. a Core Duo means it can do the 2 things at the same time at the same speed 1 thing would be done on the equivalent Celeron M. I went to get this changed in mine to a Core Duo but it cannot ...
...so please be aware before you buy to get the one that you would like. Also the video card is not good and on the Windows Opta Index Rating it is given 1.0 which is poor and again in this computer cannot be updated unless at a higher cost than a new laptop. Again seriously consider! The battery life is very poor on this machine on high performance it last only 1 Hour and 3 Minutes. There are many advantages to the product with its sleek design ... ...I would normally not recommend Acer laptops as I have used a few in the past and they often tend to pack up when used extensively unlike a Lenovo or a Sony, but this is one of those laptops that even Acer can use to prove their reliability, as originally bought on a recommendation from a friend and since then at least two other collegues have purchased the same machien and no faults ... HP Compaq nx7300 - Good for business
Review of HP Compaq Business Notebook nx7300 - Core 2 Duo T5500 1.66 GHz - 15.4" TFT by ThePsychicBuzzard

Advantages: Great overall build quality, great screen, it's fast enough for you old man
Disadvantages: Not much memory, dull looks aren't going to wow the ladies (never stopped me!)

I've recently been able to test this laptop as my stepdad has received one through his work. It's the first time I have seen an HP/Compaq laptop, but I've used many other brands so I'll be mainly using them as a comparison. At first glance, the laptop has a very ordinary design, but when you pick it up you quickly appreciate the build quality. It is quite light, and yet very sturdy, and feels like it could happily take a few knocks ( lucky as my ...
...the keyboard, it feels great to type on and there is no "give" like my own current laptop ( an Acer Ferrari ). The touchpad feels ok but I've never been a big fan of these, so I think I'd stick to my trusty mouse. One thing I was really impressed with is the screen. Although the resolution isn't great for the 15.4" screen, the brightness was amazing. I was able to use it outside in a field on a bright sunny day wihout hassle. Also while in this ... Read review
