I bought this Laptop the day it was released and have only had a few bothers with it. Firstly, I would like to say it looks supurb, although I stupidly put it in a bag where something rough was rubbing against the glossy black side of it... And of course you have to keep cleaning that glossy black for it to look good every day! ...I got, this seems very good value for money. Fast, light, losts of memory and goodlooking, it does the job. The only hassles ive had is it slowing down when theres some big programs running at the same time, which I guess is pretty obvious. The other is that the CD burner seems to have gone wrong today - but then again I have used this hardware every day since I bought it. All in all, a great buy for the money. ... Read review

The Dell Inspiron 600m is an amazing laptop, even for just the beginner laptop-user. I've used alot of laptops in my time and this laptop actually stays with me, as it is a good laptop, and can take a beating at any time, if you're worried about it. This laptop is significant but, the hinge on the monitor can, IF PULLED, be easily broken. But, it is an amazing laptop. i brought this product as a cheap laptop to do my work on for college. i found that it worked quite slow considoring the specs given. i also found that the battery dies quite quickly without the adaptor so unless you are anywhere with a power supply you might as well not bother taking it with you. however i was impressed with the look and the feel of it. and for what i want to use it for it seems to be satisfactory. i would however not recommend ...
