I have had this laptop for just about a year now and am already considering changing. I find it is incredibly slow and it constantly acts as if it has a virus although i have checked and it says it hasnt! programs only work when they want to work. The main issue here is it is constantly trying to update itself which is always slowing it down although there is 1gb of ram I am often warned there is not enough memory to perfrom certain tasks or open ... Well, I give acer the thumbs up on this laptop. They\'ve designed a good looking laptop, which has good specs and is relatively cheap. For all those who don\'t know about travelmates, basically their specifically designed for the working people. Combining colours like black and silver makes this laptop look cool and modern. ...an element to this that acer have actually tried to make this one look nice for a change. there are better looking laptops out there but I think this travelmate actually looks pretty good. however it does still look a bit bulky compared to the newer laptops out there.
