...I would normally not recommend Acer laptops as I have used a few in the past and they often tend to pack up when used extensively unlike a Lenovo or a Sony, but this is one of those laptops that even Acer can use to prove their reliability, as originally bought on a recommendation from a friend and since then at least two other collegues have purchased the same machien and no faults ... This is the laptop that i currently own and am on right as we speak. i've had it since christmas time which is when i got it in the sale for around 400 pounds. In my opinion it is a good laptop but it has a few downsides. Firstly, the screen is a very glossy one whch means that yes, it does keep the sun off of it, but it also means that it gets scratched very easily.. I have had this laptop for just about a year now and am already considering changing. I find it is incredibly slow and it constantly acts as if it has a virus although i have checked and it says it hasnt! programs only work when they want to work. The main issue here is it is constantly trying to update itself which is always slowing it down although there is 1gb of ram I am often warned there is not enough memory to perfrom certain tasks or open ...
