I don't see why everyone elses 700 stinks. Mine is 7 years old and is in the best condition ever. The only problem i've evr had is that it overheats and is slow even with extra RAM. So why did I buy it? OK, this wasn't a purchase. This was a gift from a relative so I can't really say why I bought it, because I didn't. It's mostly silver in colour on the outside, with black here and there. my wife has one of these and i use it quite often , this notebook has a sleak look for a low cost system especially as it has a p3 processor the body is a robust look as well as being tough , the keyboard functions are touch sensitive so theres no hard typing , the cd rom can be taken out and replaced with a floppydrive for easy access this system is a good powerfull system ,i use it for studio recording so its ideal for me to use this as it is ... My parents bought me this laptop about two and a half years ago as I was about to start University and would need a laptop for doing work and checking emails.
