My first laptop. Well spec'd, as the description says. I've upgraded mine to 2GB of ram and I must say, the speed is amazing. It hardly ever freezes or crashes. ...unique problem on doing so, Dell had corrupt drivers on their website for vista. I tried to contact them...call them...their lines were busy and they never responded to e-mails. Finally for my feed back in one of their surveys, i successfully conveyed the message, as a result after one month proper drivers were uploaded and i finally upgraded to vista.
