I bought a HP Compaq Buisness Notebook 6720 (GR647EA) from a HP partner two months ago. He gave me the Laptop without the recovery discs. I found it strange because the laptops I had used came with discs. I requested for them and he informed me that it has inbuilt back up and recovery. It came with a trial version of microsoft office 2007 (I did not need to buy MS office for a while), a sixty subscription of Norton Virus and windows vista which can be a nuisance. Disadvantages: Less Speed, No Varieties & Models

System provided only 1 GB and it occupies space quickly and result in hanging and slow in action. The style is not much compared other models. Aesthetic is also not in line with better model. The Brand Name is very good and technical parameters very nice. Battery run time may be given higher level. Rates are not competitive. ...The main things th HP have done wrong is they have only put 512 DDR2 in to this laptop and i think that this is not enough for windows vista to run smoothly,would be ok for Windows Xp .After a few days i upgraded the memory of the laptop to 2gb ddr2 this is very easy and was cheap only £30.
