Review of HP Compaq Business Notebook 6510b - Core 2 Duo T7250 2 GHz - 14.1" TFT by 666Nemesis666

Advantages: Authentic businesslike looks, lots of inbuilt luxuries, relatively large screen, large memory.
Disadvantages: Over-priced, low graphics capabilities.

Compact and neatly organized (Dimensions: 33.1 cm x 24.3 cm x 3.4 cm) it is excellent for both home use and professional or business work. The keyboard is of standard size, although the 14" TFT screen also supports wide screen (with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800). The portability is superb, with a relatively low weight of 2.4 kg for a laptop with this screen size the exterior is of a classically 'businesslike' design and looks comfortable in ...
...GB - Serial ATA-150 - 5400 rpm hard drive makes for an impressive amount of disk storage and allows for a large 1GB of RAM. The Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 / 1.8 GHz ( Dual-Core ) processor used also means that this laptop is of impressive speed and power - however, I do find the noise of the processor's cooling fan annoying at times. This laptop however is not built for gaming with only an Intel GMA X3100 graphics card, watching movies or online video ... Read review

HP Compaq nc6320
Review of HP Compaq Business Notebook nc6320 - Core Duo T2300 1.66 GHz - 15" TFT by jaffasworld

Advantages: Style Performance Wireless
Disadvantages: Reliablilty

I have been using my nc6320 for about 3 months both running win2k and Windows XP Professional. I have been very suprised by the performance of the laptop considering the previous nc6000 was extremely unreliable and prone to blue screens. To which i have received none so far. TFT Display: Is very crisp for every day office work and also play back of DVDs is good if not a little choppy at times. The display is responsive and sharp as you would expect ...
...in crystal or opening emails etc the performance is very good with hardly any hanging or dip in performance, the duo core comes in to its own here compared to previous models, partuclarly when running win2k. Upgrading and modding: The shell of the laptop makes it easy to perform any type of upgrade or repair from increasing RAM to replacing parts, First thing i did was to increase the memory which is very simple thanks to the slot of the rear of ... Cheep and cheerful
Review of HP 510 - Celeron M 360 1.4 GHz - 15.4" TFT by Dazzlin_uk

Advantages: Cheep laptop, resonable quality
Disadvantages: Spend a little more, get a faster laptop

I have been using this laptop for a couple of months and I think, for the money, this is an exceptional piece of equipment. My couple of gripes are long charging time, the right mouse button feels loose, it now takes a very long time to boot up (it was fine new and I have not added much software) and a very limiting hard drive. Also, this unit comes with 512mb ram but can only be upgraded to a max 1gb and uses special ram chips that need to be ordered ... Read review

My experience with the NX6310
Review of HP Compaq Business Notebook nx6310 - Core 2 Duo T5500 1.66 GHz - 15" TFT by internet_nobody

Advantages: Screen is brilliant quality.
Disadvantages: RAM is low.

This was bought for me as a company laptop in October 2006. Considering it was at the cheaper end of business laptops at the time it is not bad. Graphics are reasonable, although unsurprisingly no good for gaming. The 512mb of ram isn\'t really enough when trying to manipulate large documents. The effective ram is lower as the inbuilt graphics use some of the memory. The dual core make light work of most simple office task. For anyone looking at ...
...1gb of ram. The screen is crisp and clear, and the brightness levels are easily adjusted via the keyboard. It is very simple to use, and the mousepad is a comfortable distance from the keyboard. The build quality of the laptop is reasonable, although I have found the rubberised mouse buttons are starting to wear down after only a year of use. The casing has stood up to the odd bump into seats on the bus, or being dropped rather heavily in a bag. ... Read review
