Esprimo...Not So Bad As People Make Out!
Review of Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Mobile V5535 - Celeron M 530 1.73 GHz - 15.4" TFT by
Luke180
Advantages: Sleek And Robust!
Disadvantages: Not Good For Gaming!
I brought this laptop and was very satisfied with it. There are some positives and some negatives to the product. I will start with the disadvantages.
It is not as fast as a laptop which has an Intel Core Duo Processor as this product contains a Intel Celeron M. a Core Duo means it can do the 2 things at the same time at the same speed 1 thing would be done on the equivalent Celeron M.
I went to get this changed in mine to a Core Duo but it cannot ... ...so please be aware before you buy to get the one that you would like.
Also the video card is not good and on the Windows Opta Index Rating it is given 1.0 which is poor and again in this computer cannot be updated unless at a higher cost than a new laptop. Again seriously consider!
The battery life is very poor on this machine on high performance it last only 1 Hour and 3 Minutes.
There are many advantages to the product with its sleek design ...

A great laptop
Review of Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Mobile V5515 - Celeron M 520 1.6 GHz - 15.4" TFT by
ilauuk
Advantages: Price, spec
Disadvantages: Unknown durability
This laptop has been selling pretty cheaply at Ebuyer recently.
I'd like to say a few things that I feel are important to know about this laptop before buying it.
Firstly, the spec is more than up to running 95% of programs in common use today. The dual core processor means that you get 2 processors for the price of one, effectively.
The one problem that it has, which many cheaper laptops share, is that it comes with limited memory. However, in ... ...easy to buy an upgrade fairly cheaply, at £14 from Ebuyer. This upgrade sped up the computer quite significantly.
Overall, the computer runs well and for the time being seems to be OK. The main downside to using this laptop is that I worry that it will break down on me because it's not made by a manufacturer known for good quality ...

One book worth a read.
Review of Apple iBook G4 - PPC G4 1 GHz - 14.1" TFT by
Ideate
Advantages: Functionality, Speed, Look
Disadvantages: Minimal
Having not owned an Apple product before, i took a leap of faith into the unknown when i decided to buy this version, now i've had it for over 2years and i am still impressed. Even now it doesn't seem outdated with its slim 14" screen, sleek apple touch keyboard, and white gloss finish. It comes as standard with a 'slot' style loading drive which saves time and potential breakages. The laptop comes with quite a few trick features including colour ... ...hard drive - incase you drop it! The only niggles on this model are the USB port being on the left side which can make apple mice a reach for right handed people and its clunky 'plastic' style click on the track buttons. For the money prepare to be impressed! ...

Review of Dell XPS M1530 by

Advantages: Dell, video card.
Disadvantages: none.
Dell XPS M1530 is a light weight and very good looking laptop.
