a fast and portable laptop
Review of Sony VAIO TZ31WN/B - Core 2 Duo U7600 1.2 GHz - 11.1" TFT by techno_man_37

Advantages: extremly portable
Disadvantages: possible the screen size

Sony VAIO TZ31MN/N This sony VAIO TZ31MN/N is a new one not only from sony but also from there range of seriously ultra portable laptops. The features this has for a laptop of its size is great compared to any laptop and its also so portable its unbelievable it really is a technical persons dream. There has recently been an increase in ultra portable laptops and even pc tablets too, and this is what this laptop can be used as seen as its that small. ...
...something that I will be reviewing soon is the asus EEE pc. This however doesn’t run on windows so is a downside for me and many others and also doesn’t have anywhere near the memory and hard drive this laptop has so this definitely wins that. The only thing is though this is a lot dearer which is something ill mention a little later on. If I had to describe its looks in a few words I think id choose cool, sleek and elegant. It really ... VIAO for the home??
Review of Sony VAIO SZ71WN/C - Core 2 Duo T9300 2.5 GHz - 13.3" TFT by piiindy

Advantages: Small, lightweight and packed with great gizmo's
Disadvantages: may be over budget

Sony Vaio's are well known for being the business types laptop, being expensive and packed with business type programmes and softwares, and especially hardware allowing people to comunicate and connect with the easiest of use. For example connecting to the internet or connecting a USB couldn't be easier on a laptop than it is on a Viao. But now with better graphics cards and a faster proccesor the Viao is more family freindly giving better movie ...
...this Viao is for around £1300 a good price for any laptop of this quality, and to be honest Sony have done well in this market and really with the support they offer and the quality of this product you really are in safe hands, and can't go too wrong. ... Read review

Top Marks for Top Spec Sony SZ
Review of Sony VAIO SZ61WN/C - Core 2 Duo T7500 2.2 GHz - 13.3" TFT by sourcez

Advantages: Build quality, speed and screen
Disadvantages: Not so great graphics, No DVI

...look at. * Vista + Sony = BAD. * No media buttons? *No DVI-D interface. Still uses dated VGA. * The built in memory card reader only supports Sony Memory Stick Duo and Pro Duo now (although there's a plus too) * Sony only put a 64MB 8400M GS in it; so below par graphics. A break-down Just going to go over everything I've thought of in the three months I've had this laptop using the ciao criteria: Speed This Vaio is fast. It's ...
...Windows Vista Home Premium. No Sony crap other than the utilities (without them the buttons won't work) and I've now got much more free memory. Sony also support Windows XP Professional and I considered changing to that; but they mention that some of the laptop's features won't work fully - including hard drive protection. That would put anyone who wants to use the laptop out without the HDD protection, which you might as well have! The Hybrid Hard ... Read review

Excellent value, well made, truly mobile laptop.
Review of Sony VAIO SZ4XWN/C - Core 2 Duo T7200 2 GHz - 13.3" TFT by PaulStomach

Advantages: Very light, very fast, very good spec for the money
Disadvantages: Quite costly, heavy power adapter

This is my fourth consecutive Vaio, and it's fantastic value. There are cheaper products out there, but there aren't any that are as good value in my opinion - it is well made, works brilliantly well, is very well spec'd indeed and is put together with a lot of thought. The current offer of a t-mobile wireless broadband card included with the laptop is a superb addition, making this truly mobile as it weighs in at a lightweight 1.7kg. The only downsides ...
