I bought a HP Compaq Buisness Notebook 6720 (GR647EA) from a HP partner two months ago. He gave me the Laptop without the recovery discs. ...not miss a thing. This thrilled me because the last laptop (a different brand) I used, the full factory image/settings was not recovered when I had to format it. It came with a trial version of microsoft office 2007 (I did not need to buy MS office for a while), a sixty subscription of Norton Virus and windows vista which can be a nuisance. Advantages: Cost Efficient
Disadvantages: Performance not that good

This machine is helping in a way if you need to give only the presentations and carry documents and manage them. Graphic users, please, i would say you have got much better and fast solutions than this. But with the price range, i must say its a good low budget piece of technology. Do buy it for your kids who are beginners of PSs'. It loses alot on the battery side too. It wont give you a battery time that you need on a little long distance journey. ... Read review

I was given this laptop a few days ago...with Windows vista. I have had experience with vista so it was not that hard to get used to. However this was vista business so it did not come with the windows games which you are used to. With a dual core 1.9Ghz processor, this machine is quick...ideal for all your business needs. For personal use it is also great for games such as Football Manager 2008 and so good it can cope with games such as the Sims. ...
