I bought a HP Compaq Buisness Notebook 6720 (GR647EA) from a HP partner two months ago. He gave me the Laptop without the recovery discs. I found it strange because the laptops I had used came with discs. I requested for them and he informed me that it has inbuilt back up and recovery. ...not miss a thing. This thrilled me because the last laptop (a different brand) I used, the full factory image/settings was not recovered when I had to format it. It came with a trial version of microsoft office 2007 (I did not need to buy MS office for a while), a sixty subscription of Norton Virus and windows vista which can be a nuisance. Personally owning an Acer 5920 is something special. First of all the customer support and acer technology did not leave me disapointed.
