I ordered a new washing machine and cooker from laskys. I paid extra for a Sunday delivery. I also paid extra for removing the old items.
My goods arrived but I was told by the two delivery men that another van would collect my old appliances later. They even told me that they had contacted their customer services department to make sure my goods would be collected the same day. I now couldn't even get in my kitchen as I had two appliance which ... ...there.
Five hours later I phoned the customer services department as I was now getting desperate for a drink and my engineer was waiting to connect my new appliances, unfortunately you couldn't get in my kitchen to complete either task.
I was then told by them that the first delivery team were meant to have taken the items away. They also said they couldn't come back to collect the goods for 4 days.

I ordered a Hotpoint TCD970 condenser tumble dryer from Laskys for a very good price and was given a delivery date of Wednesday 14th October (ordered this around a week before) which was not a problem as it was free delivery and i had time to make arrangements to be home to take delivery.
It was Tuesday 13th October at 16.11pm that i received an email to say that there had been a delay with delivery on my dryer and will now be here on the 23rd October.
... ...i had been given absolutely no notice whatsoever that i was not going to get the appliance the following day and Laskys refused to compensate me for this as it was their fault i was not getting the dryer the following day,and i was expected to arrange yet ANOTHER day off the following week. (what was stopping them ONCE AGAIN delaying my appliance?????)

I always check out online supppliers as far as I can and I must admit that I was a liitle apprehensive about using Laskys when I saw some of the comments. However they were the cheapest price for the Ipod that I wanted so greed clouded my judgement. And I'm glad it did. The ordering process was as simple as you'd expect, I got confirmation emails for each stage of the process up to desptach and the Ipod arrived within the suggested 4-5 days and was ...

i bought a stainless steel Hotpoint FF4DX from lasky.com on 07/07/2009. I was told delivery would be 22/07/09. Surprisingly they ang me to say delivery was 21/07/09. I was alright with this but i had to make arrangements for someone to be home while the fridge was delivered. And to my surprise, they delivered a Black hotpoint fridge instead of a stainless steel when i specifically ordered a stainless steel one. The customer advisors i spoke to said ... ...delivery. Nothing could be done as i would have to 8 days later for a replacement. Thats their form of customer care. Not even after i told them that what they had done was wrong on their part. as a customer you buy something in good faith hoping you would get the correct items delivered. should you always be on guard that the items you have bought is it the right colour, size, lenght etc. isnt that the whole purpose of specifying your order when ...

ordered tv stand november. delivery date was 9/12. however legs were delivered on 6/12, no glass shelves were delivered. phoned on 9/12 to be told nothing was on van for me. as my tv was being delivered on 10/12 i had nothing to put it on so i asked laskys to uplift legs and give me a refund. i have since had three dates to uplift legs . still nobody has arrived to uplift them. the reason i was given for the no show was the lady couldnt understand ...
