Terrible delivery service, though not all their fault Parcel force at fault also.
Customer service sent me on a wild goose chase to try and find the parcel that ParcelForce had attempted to deliver but left no card at my house saying it was in the local post office! By the time I found this out Post office had returned it and Laskys didn't know where it was!
Most of customer service team were very helpful, although did not have full informaton on location of item.
One person was very unhelpful and said "couldn't do anything until they got the parcel back', I couln't cancel until they recieved it back and no point asking for a refund on my credit card as I wouldn't get one until they got the parcel back". seeing as I had never even signed for it in the 1st place this seemed quiet unacceptable!
Still waiting to find out whether parcel is in Watford or Wembley or Katmandu!
Steer clear of this company the stress isn't worth saving a couple of £'s
