ordered tv stand november. delivery date was 9/12. however legs were delivered on 6/12, no glass shelves were delivered. phoned on 9/12 to be told nothing was on van for me. as my tv was being delivered on 10/12 i had nothing to put it on so i asked laskys to uplift legs and give me a refund. i have since had three dates to uplift legs . still nobody has arrived to uplift them. the reason i was given for the no show was the lady couldnt understand my accent. so much wasted time.also i cannot get my money back till they uplift. the date they gave me today 26/12 is 30/12 we live in hope. never again . dont buy from laskys.

Welcome to Ciao, I kind of agree with the comment below, it was really hard to tell but it looks like the delivery company was more at fault, you also do not say anything about the website and such. If you update your review let me know and will be more than happy to rerate :¬) James
