i bought a stainless steel Hotpoint FF4DX from lasky.com on 07/07/2009. I was told delivery would be 22/07/09. Surprisingly they ang me to say delivery was 21/07/09. I was alright with this but i had to make arrangements for someone to be home while the fridge was delivered. And to my surprise, they delivered a Black hotpoint fridge instead of a stainless steel when i specifically ordered a stainless steel one. The customer advisors i spoke to said it was my fault i did not inspect product upon delivery. Nothing could be done as i would have to 8 days later for a replacement. Thats their form of customer care. Not even after i told them that what they had done was wrong on their part. as a customer you buy something in good faith hoping you would get the correct items delivered. should you always be on guard that the items you have bought is it the right colour, size, lenght etc. isnt that the whole purpose of specifying your order when you order?
