we arrived at the hotel to find it was double booked,we waited an age to get a key for a room and when we went into it it was full of other peoples belongings.we were then given another room which was mainly used by the staff of the hotel.the room was very shabby,the toilet door could not be closed as the handle kept falling off the room was freezing but was told heatind didnt come on until 4.30pm.The windows were dropping to bits and the tv didnt work.Breakfast wasnt much better we waited an age to get served bringing only one breakfast and waiting ten mins or so for the other,which was only half cooked.On departure there was no one on reception to hand keys in,i rang the bell and the lady who was serving breakfast came and took keys very impolite never asked if i had had a nice stay or anything.I paid alot of money for a luxury room and i can honestly say i have stayed in better travellodge hotels for £19.00 a night.I have since complained but have not even had an apology from hotel,the staff apparently stay in the rooms regularly.The picture of the hotel is also deceiving it is on a busy main road and is very noisy.
