Inflexible in cancellations |

Be wary of Laterooms cancellation policy. Cancellations with Laterooms.com are difficult. When you reserve your room they take your credit card and have an inflexible cancelation policy. My travel plans changed while enroute. While travelling in a remote part of Spain, I found it awkward to get access to internet and instead tried to cancel my booking by phone. Laterooms would not accept a phone cancellation and I was charged for the room. To cancel you must go online and cancel through the website. Laterooms would not accept my explanations and was inflexible. I don't suggest using this reservation system. I will not reccomend them to my colleagues or friends. I will not use Laterooms to reserve business travel or personal travel in the future. Call the hotel and skip the middle man.
