Last Apr. 5, 2012, I was redirected to the site of LateRooms.com when I was searching for a reliable hotel booking site. I wanted to make a reservation in Clark Montevista Hotel in Angeles City, Philippines for the following day, Apr.6.
At first I felt happy that I was able to reserve a 2-bedroom unit through LateRooms.com however when my family and I got to the hotel the following day, I was told that no reservation was made and they do not recognize LateRooms.com. I felt very bad because my family travelled for more than an hour to get to the hotel. I felt that I became a victim of an online scam because I already gave my credit card details. Pls beware of this site.Fortunately, a hotel guest backed out at the last minute so they were able to give us a room. Kudos to Clark Montevista Hotel. They were very helpful and accommodating.
