Dylon Wash & Dye - Velvet Black

Advantages: Really easy to use
Disadvantages: Washing machine is used a lot

If like me you have a pair of black jeans that look and feel great but no longer look like new, this is the product for you. It comes in a 400g pack, I bought Velvet Black, but it comes in other shades which is enough to treat upto 1kg load of dry clothes. I choose to wash a pair of jeans and a couple of t-shirts. They went in faded and came out as good as new. It is really easy to use - pour the dye into the washing machine (wearing rubber gloves) ...
...a 40 degree wash. Then another 40 degree wash with soap powder, take the clothes out and complete another wash to clean the machine. The clothes I dyed were not heavily soiled so I can't comment on the cleaning ability and the only other slight disadvantage in this day and age of being enviromentally friendly you do use the washing machine a lot. Stain Removal Made Easy

Advantages: Easy to use. Cheap. Effective.
