A cure for snoring ?

Advantages: Wife uses it, I get more sleep
Disadvantages: not sure

My wife and I , both in later seventies, have not been sleeping at all well. Daughter gave us her Pillow Spray to try. My wife has been using it now for about a week, she is uncertain whether it is helping with sleep as before she used it, her level of sleep was varied. Sleep Easier

Advantages: Helps you to fall asleep naturally, Smells wonderful
Disadvantages: Relatively expensive, May not be suitable for pregnant women

Other size bottles are listed as being available in the aromatherapy sections of larger stores (100ml for around £8 as I recall), but these never seem to be in stock in my local branch. A light fragrance to freshen your home

Advantages: Pleasant light fragrance, freshens the room, can doesn't leak, easy to spray
Disadvantages: Smells artificial to me, marketed as a sleep aid, overpackaged, normal price is £4.50

The reason I bought the Avon Sleeptherapy pillow mist was because it is described as having a light fragrance and I thought it would be ideal to use in the toilet because normal air fresheners tend to get pretty overpowering and smell horrible in the process.
