It has better specs than the 7600's, and is a lot cheaper than the 7900's, as the 7800 was discontinued on release of the 7900.
So, my advice is that if you do see one of these cheap, and your looking for a high end DX9 card, get it. It's great. It isn't overly large, and doesn't get extremely hot, its stability is astounding.
It is also easy to install, slot it in your 16x PCI-E slot, install the drivers, plug your monitor in and go!
The problems I have had with mine are:
One of the capacitors on the card fell off.
I'm not sure if this was my fault or not, but sometimes on startup, desktop doesn't show properly.
Other than that, I have had no problems.
It can even run modern games on high graphics, a year or so on from release!

First thing you will notice about this card is its size, nearly 20cm long. As you can imagine trying to fit this card was a bit of a game. I have a Thermaltake Tsunami Dream case (pretty big Midi case probably one of the largest) and it was still difficult to maneuver it into place. I had to shift both my hard drives down a few bays to get it in, as the graphics card protruded into it. However this was a minor problem as it went in after a short while of fiddling. Once installed it booted first time no troubles as expected.
