Having just read the review on 'Baby Tad', I thought I'd share my thoughts on the next stage - Little Leap.Little Leap is for kids aged 2+ and has an interactive tummy covered in the alphabet. Not only does it teach the alphabet but also teaches colours, numbers and manners. All the letters of the alphabet and numbers are different colours with the alphabet on the tummy and the numbers on the fingers. It has a cute little voice and offers game options as follows.
Hide and Seek - this is where the child has to find a particular coloured letter with the help of clues from Little Leap.
Learn about manners - Little Leap asks you to remind him if he forgets to say, 'please' when asking you to find particular letters.
Sing-a-long - Little Leap sings a number song and an alphabet song but stops at a letter or number and asks you to press which one comes next.
Learn numbers/letters - Little Leap asks you to press a letter or a number and sounds it for you.
Manners - press this button and Little Leap will tell you its nice to say '...please'.
Another little plus about this toy is its really easy to keep clean - you can wipe it down and looks like new. Little Leap will also turn itself off if your child hasn't played with it after a few minutes.
