Advantages: Keeps me Safe Disadvantages: A bit pricey
...it was sorted I discovered that many of my programmes had to be reinstalled. This one was no exception. But that is when the problems began. Because it had been previously been installed, it affected the new installation. But after advice from the very useful Symantec website (www.symantec.co.uk) we were able to get up and running again. The website is excellent for information about their products, and also has much information about any problems encountered. They also have a free email facility for problems that you can’t find the answer to, but they do charge for telephone support.
As stated previously I purchased this with Norton SystemWorks 2003. The two products integrate very well and Live Update picks up updates for all of the programmes and virus updates. I would certainly recommend this software. I probably haven’t found out...

Advantages: Much better HTML, CSS & scripting support, easy to use Disadvantages: some features rely on Sharepoint Services which most people won't have.

May I please have all my messaging functions in one messaging program someday? Please?
Word, Excel and Access are all doing the same things for me they always have. I appreciate the nicer looking interface in all of them - none of the new features they have are anything I know how to use. Or knew enough to want.
Finally - the new piece: OneNote.
OneNote is very interesting - at first, you'd think it was designed specifically for TabletPC, because that is what it seems to do - take the place...
