Trinity and all saints universities, one of the smallest in the country, it is part of the main Leeds university and hence the degree is awarded from there. Most of my friends came to trinity because a) they couldnt getin to Leeds uni, or b) they didnt offer the course they wanted at leeds.

Basically tasc (trintiy and all saints college) is set in a nice picturesque part of Leeds, but alas no peace it is on the flight path for Leeds Bradford airport, makes it interesting in halls until you get used to it! The facilities are quite poor, the library isn't well stocked most of the books are irrelevent to the courses and can only be described as antique. Not an advantage when studying law modules as the latest information is ESSENTIAL. The library also lacks many of the core textbooks and the majority of the staff who work in there are quite ruse and unhelpful. One advantage is that we have access to the main university libraries, however, some resources are out of bounds to us.

There are lots of computers and computer rooms, however, come close to deadline time and all out war breaks as people fight for space to complete there work while they watch someone sat checking their e-mails or playing solitaire. Which doesnt make for a happy environment!

The food in the main canteen is pretty dire, However, the bacon and sausage sandwiches have to be held in high esteem, as do the chicken kievs, which have yet to be surpassed!

The bar is not "owned" by the students union, hence drinks prices are cheaper than in the city centre but dire when compared to Leeds University prices. The people in the students union are ill informed and "cliquey". However, they do occasionaly provide some good trips and nights in the "base" which is a small recently refurbished venue.

Despite it's many faults, the uni is small so you are never short of a friendly recognisable face, there is a bit of a community spirit as we are the forgotton uni in Leeds, so we try to make ourselves heard. The lecturers are very friendly, approachable and helpful, which is always a massive bonus!

Basically, its a small uni with limited resources and facilities, but the courses and lecturers are good and academically challenging.
