Disadvantages: slow, incompetent, disorganised, complacent, uncaring, irresponsible I could go on...

I didn't use this company but our buyers did and it has been a nightmare throughout, to the extent that my estate agent has said he will advise future vendors not to accept offers from any potential buyers planning to use this company (they told us from the start that they had had lots of problems with them before. They were complacent, incompetent, they didn't seem to understand the title deeds, my solicitor could not speak to the same person twice ...
...they would. We got conflicting information about where the process was up to and they took up to several weeks to reply to queries. Our sale has not happened. We are still hoping to salvage something of the chain but they have delayed so long that someone's mortgage offer has now expired. and it is looking as though it is all going to collapse. They should not be allowed to operate and be so incompetent. ...

Disadvantages: None that I can think off. Suprised by the negative reviews.
