To everything there is a season. A time to be born, a time to die. A time to plant, a time to reap. Try telling that to Onox, the Dark Lord. Review of Legend of Zelda: Oracle Of Seasons (GB) by Worrals

Advantages: A vast fantasy world to explore
Disadvantages: Tunes that get stuck in your head

To everything there is a season. A time to be born, a time to die. A time to plant, a time to reap. Try telling that to Onox, the Dark Lord. He has kidnapped beautiful princess Din, the Oracle of Seasons, thus throwing the seasons in the land of Holodrum into chaos. Only one hero can rescue the princess and save the world...and guess what, it's you and it's a role-playing adventure game. Our hero, Link, is as much a mascot for Nintendo as Pikachu ...
...for just about every Nintendo console ever. Despite rave reviews from every quarter I stayed away from the Zelda series for many years because I felt elves were a bit sissy. Indeed, there are many aspects of this game which might strike some as a little over-cutesy: fairies, witches and a talking tree, to name but a few. It turns out, though, that my knee-jerk elf prejudice has been depriving me of hours of...well, hours I would otherwise have spent ... Read review

Review of Legend of Zelda: Oracle Of Seasons (GB) by Codgin

Advantages: Addicitve, Huge Map, Long Lasabilty, Many Puzzles And Bosses, FUN!
Disadvantages: Getting Lost (But dont let this put you off!)

Zeldas back on the gameboy, in colour, with a bigger map, new little toys, new puzzles, new freinds, new bosses and a brand new story to tell us! If like me you loved Zelda Links Awakening, this game will not dissapoint. First things first, which is better and which one should you buy orcale of ages or seasons? Seasons! Ages does give you a nice touch of changing time, new dungeons and a whole host of puzzles. But it takes too long to kick in and ...
...the end of Links Awakening I wanted more and this is what attracted me to this and it was well worth the dollar I blew on it. The story is this evil dude, Onox, has kidnapped the Orcale of seasons Din, with the help of a talking tree you must get her back, but first you must collect the eight esscences around this world to help the tree or summet. Oh and I forgot cause Din has been kidnapped the seasons are messed up! Right now the fun part, what ... Read review

A Family Game
Review of Legend of Zelda: Oracle Of Seasons (GB) by fadingstaruk

Advantages: great grapjhics, easy to play, hours of game time
Disadvantages: Can be expensive

If I had to choose between Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons, I would be very hard pressed to do so as both are excellent games. Fans of the Zelda and RPG genre will love both. This game is brilliant on it's own, but even better when combined with "Ages" as ou can interchange between the two games, and the plot changes depending on which game you complete first. This game lasts for hours, and it's easy to get to grips with the controls. There's ...
...The graphics and sound are good, and it's the usual Zelda overhead view. Your life is measured by heart containers. You start out with three of these, and each time you defeat a Nightmare, you gain an additional one. There are also hear pieces scattered across the island, and collecting four of these will make an extra heart container. There is no complex “levelling-up” system to try and master, and no magic or spellcasting. Every time I play this ... Read review
