For the past 4 years developers at Traveller?s Tales have been creating video games in a lego format. So far having created; Star Wars, Indiana Jones and of course Batman.
When I got this last year I was excited straight away, after having played Star Wars and though at times finding it insanely hard, it was always enjoyable following the plot lines and fighting with the characters.
The game entitles you to complete each level by collecting all the studs (to buy characters, vehicles and better abilities) also to collect these machines which create objects and buildings. Along with this a red brick per level which will maximise a characters power. You also must free all hostages and there are about 30.
In LegoBatman you can fight using the A and B buttons or moving the control and nunchuck as if you are fighting the enemies off ...
Advantages: Good family entertainment, good graphics Disadvantages: Price varies depending on where purchased

GLIDE SUIT
Batman can use a Glide Suit to cross gaps and drops he would normally not be able to cross.
SONIC SUIT
This suit allows Batman to shatter glass objects and windows around Gotham
DEMOLITION SUIT
This allows Batman to lay bombs and remotely detonate them to destroy silver Lego objects. Be careful though, as the bombs are on a timer, and if you wait too long they will explode on their own
HEAT PROTECTION SUIT
This allows Batman to travel through very hot areas and allows him to pick up red hot pieces of LegoMAGNET SUIT

LegoBatman is the latest in a long line of LEGO theme videogames, this time you're in control of the caped crusader himself, Batman!
You start of as Batman in your batcave, and from there you can enter three different rooms, each with five levels encompassing an entire mission. Your job is to catch the villains trying to destroy Gotham City. All your favourite villains are here, from Harley Quinn, Two Face, Killer Croc, Bane and The Joker, so it's all encompassing and every Batman should find someone they like.
As well as these levels, a great twist is you can travel to Arkham Asylum and play these missions as the bad guys! You set up the masterplans the bad guys have concocted, and take out any security and policemen that try to stop you. This is a great idea, allowing you to play as the good guys or the bad guys.
