As a nice alternative to chocolate advent calendars, this year my boyfriend got me a 'BelvilleLego Calendar' instead. I secretly wanted the 'Lego Advent Calendar' but since my boyfriend had got that one we couldn't have the same one!
I was quite a big Lego fan when I was younger, and still am! But I am not so familiar with the 'Belville' selection of Lego since it is still quite new.
Belville is the same as normal Lego.. but for girls. So lots of pink, girly and glittery things! (This is definitely not a unisex calendar!)

As it's summer and the weather is getting hotter I thought I would invest in an ice cube tray so that I could make my drinks extra cold. I'm not a big fan of the ice cube bags which you only use once, this adds up and they can get quite expensive (and for some reason I always manage to catch some of the plastic into the water so that there is plastic bag in the ice cubes - not good!)
