Advantages: freshens breath, cheap, compact.
Disadvantages: funny taste, no sense in buying multipacks.

Often costing around 45p for an individual pack of around 20, Tic Tacs are the undisputed rulers of the breath mint kingdom. Small and easily accessed through their light, handy and highly portable plastic dispenser, they can be discreetly offered without causing offense to anyone whose breath you just cant stand, and they make a welcome accessory to women's handbags. In supermarkets however, buying in bulk really doesn't save much at all, probably because for most, tic-tacs are something bought as a passing fancy, rather than a regular purchase. However, as opposed to the 'Fresh Mint' variety, Spearmint tic-tacs are not particularly enjoyable. They burn the tongue and leave an unpleasant aftertaste which i can only describe as stale. Tic Tac SPEARMINT flavour review

Advantages: good taste, decent price, good packaging design
Disadvantages: multipacks have poor savings

*** this review first appeared on dooyoo.co.uk *** Just want to make it clear, I couldn't find an item for Tic Tac spearmint flavour so I am doing a review under the Tic Tacs section. For a long time, Tic Tacs have dominated... well the Tic Tac market. Partly because there is nothing else like them but also because the taste is very good. Tic Tacs come in several flavours although for this review I will be focusing on the spearmint version. Not only is the idea different from anything else before it, the packaging is unique too. Its like you have your own mini container just for your tic tacs. The good thing about the box is that it only lets one tic tac out a time meaning that they don't go everywhere. "Tic Tac" My Breath Away!

In an ever-changing world of sweeties it is good to know that there are a few brand names out there which seem to have been around for ever. This review is about one such brand of mints, which many of you out there will be familiar with called Tic Tacs. I remember these as a child and to the best of my knowledge they are pretty much the same today as they were way back then. The Packaging Tic Tacs come in a clear plastic container, which has a rather novel flip top open lid, this is just large enough to allow one or two of the tiny mints to be tipped out at a time. Across the top of this lid and extending down the sides of the container you will find a sticky label which is perforated around the part that flips open.
