***Background***
Some of you might be wondering about the title so let me explain. When my son was being asked what he would like for Christmas, he replied that he would love to get Packer from Bob. Unfortunately the person he was telling had no idea what he was saying and thought he said, Pack O' Rum, Bob. This caused much hilarity and kinda stuck. My son was not given any alcohol for Christmas, lol, but did receive this truck.
Packer is another slightly newer character in the Bob the Builder series. This series is of course extremely popular amongst youngsters everywhere and can be regularly seen on the BBC Channels, especially Cbeebies. Of course there is also a lot of merchandising out there to do with Bob, in the form of DVDs, games, clothes and of course friction toys.

In my obssesion to get christmas bought and paid for by the end of the summer, i have crossed paths of a certain builder!!!!
I will try to review this LIVE dvd version of Bob the builder, and try to do it justice as even though i feel parents should not be forced to watch some of the dreadful programmes that are made for children, feel i owe some loyalty to Bob, one of my main childsitters bar my mum!!!!!

The animation is produced in the uk, but as with so many things is then poached and finished off in the United States for the company Hit Entertainment.

My 2-year-old baby is totally loves Bob the Builder, you know the little builder who asks, and ?can we fix it?? So for her birthday I brought her the Singing Bob the Builder. Bob is in a sitting down position and is dressed in his normal outfit of a pair of denim dungarees, his yellow and orange shirt, soft brown boots and a yellow soft hard hat (as he is a builder). His body is made soft and is squeezable and easy for little hands to hold on to and cuddle. He also has a tool belt around his belly that has a screwdriver, hammer and a little spanner in it and is also soft.
