Lego Creator 6910 Mini Sports Car 3 in 1 Set

This lego set is part of the lego creator series that sees lego return to its roots with a creative building experience. As with other sets in the creator series the mini sports set includes instructions to build 3 different models, although its only possible to build one at a time as each model requires almost all the supplied pieces to build. As with the other small creator sets the mini sports car comes in a plastic carry case which makes this set good for kids to take away on holiday or weekends away.

Price

The lego mini sports car set has a recommended retail price of £4.99 which is seems reasonable given that there are 70 mainly green and white pieces. I purchased the set at my local supermarket for a little less than the recommended retail price which makes it a good little pocket money toy. It is also possible to find it for less than £4 online.

Building instructions

This is a small set and comes with a single instruction book with a page size size slightly smaller than a paperback book and is 22 pages long and step by step guides to build each of the 3 models. The instructions are to a high standard that as you would expect from lego.

Building Experience

All 3 models in this set are both good fun to build and play with.

The mini sports car can be built in a few minutes and It looks like a miniature version of lego creator set 6743 street speeder. It is probably my favouriite of the 3 models.

The mini green and white truck can also be built in a few minutes and is a fun little toy.

The mini go kart can also be built in a few minutes and is a good toy but uses the least number of pieces.

Lego rates the age range for this set as 6 to 12 years old which seems reasonable although younger children may need a little parental assistance.

For the price the detail in all of the 3 models is great and its nice to get quite a few green pieces. All the models are realistic and I particularly like mini sports car because it looks like a miniature version of lego creator set 6743 street speeder.

Lasting Appeal

I think the lasting appeal of this set is good as there a 3 different fun toys to build and a good little plastic box to store the pieces in making loosing the small pieces less likely. It also has quite a few green pieces which is nice.

I would strongly recommend this set as all the toys are fun to build and play with. It’s definitely worth the £4 it can be found for online and is great to take away on holiday to keep the kids entertained.
