Lego Seasonal: Santa Gift Wrap & Tags

...this wrapping paper on the Lego website and couldn't resist getting it so I would definitely have some to wrap my Christmas presents in this year so that they look super cool! I am usually quite good with recycling, I keep wrapping paper from presents I have received so I can reuse it, but I saw this wrapping paper and thought it was so cute.

The wrapping paper has a repeated design on it. The design is of a Lego Santa. This is a Lego Man with a red suit on with a red hat and a long white beard - basically Santa in Lego form! The Santa is printed on the paper in different sizes, and overlapping each other so that none of the wrapping paper is left without a Santa on it. I think this is a really fun design.
The wrapping paper comes folded in the packet but these open up into really large sheets measuring 27.5 inches x 39 inches each. The wrapping paper is made of good, strong paper (so you can be sure that no one will be able to see through the wrapping paper to peek at their presents and try to work out what they are!) and does not rip easily.

You get two matching tags to accompany the wrapping paper. The tags measure 3.5 inches x 2.5 inches and are made of thin cardboard. The tags are yellow in colour with a white border. At the right hand side of the tag there is a picture of the Lego Santa. On the main section of the tag there are two red lines for you to write your message on. There is a little hole in the upper left hand side of the tag so that you can attach some string to it in order to put it on your present. The back of the tag is plain white. I think it would have been nice if they would have included the piece of string already attached to make things easier (its quite a small hole so might be quite tricky threading some string through), or made them sticky backed so you could easily stick them on your parcel.. but it's not that big of a deal and I guess I'm just being awkward!

Since the wrapping paper is so big (and I know it depends of the size of your presents but) I think you would be able to wrap a lot more than two presents with it, so it might have been nice to get a few more tags but I guess it makes sense that since there is two sheets of wrapping paper that you would get two tags with it.

As I said before, I bought this off the Lego website so I am not sure if it is available in shops (and probably not in May!) but maybe closer to Christmastime it might be. It is available to buy now off the Lego website, so it is available all year round from there.

I would recommend this wrapping paper. I think it would be great for any Lego fan. I really like the design and I think it is quite cute and funky. It really adds that little something extra to a present. I know it'll just get ripped off to get to what is inside it but it looks really great while it's there. I didn't think £1.99 was that much to pay either, the sheets are large so it'll do for lots of present wrapping!
