Lego City 3834
My 6 year old son is still Lego daft; He wants every lego set he sees. With Xmas coming up we have not been buying a new sets as Santa will be bringing many for him. Fortunately a family friend bought my son a brand new set and to make it even better it was one of his favourite cartoon characters ?Sponge Bob?. Any person reading this review will know how daft kids are on Sponge Bob, well now Lego have a unique set available for all to buy.
I am reviewing Lego 3834 which is the Spongebob Good Neighbour at Bikini Bottom
As I say on all my Lego reviews, more information on this particular set is available by clicking on the link below or surfing over to Lego.com and entering the number 3834.
Assembling the products
This set is aimed at children between the age of 7 years and 12 years, but as my son is ...
Advantages: It's sponge bob, its lego & it's not just for kids Disadvantages: small bits, get lost down sink
This has go to be the very best thing lego has ever brought out. And a milion times better than star wars lego or Harry Potter Lego. Because, c'mon they don't look anything like the characthers they're suppose to be. However this pack does. It's spongebob and what exactly can you get wrong about a yellow square guy with eyes, nose and a quirky smile. Patrick, however (he's the starfish dude, jst in case anyones' out of the loop) doesn't quite look like the cartoon, this is because they've mearly painted on a starfish shape to a brick of lego. How inventive.
COST: £25.00
PLACE OF PURCHASE: Toys R Us
Being a big kid, and knowing how much I love Spongebob, my flatmates bought this play pack for me for my birthday. It's fairly new on the market and predicted as a hot sellout this christmas.
Well what exactly is it? Ok, its a huge ...
I would just like to write a review on the benefits and/ or the downfalls of Lego, something that even at the age of 26 I do still enjoy playing with with my brother's four children - any comments, you will get a slap!
Lego are those small little bricks that no doubt will have played a part in the life of any child, at some point during their early lives. It is something that has been around for many years, as my two older brothers (being 36 and 38) both also used to play with it themselves along with their own friends - in fact, most of mine was hand downs from them!
There are many different bricks used in Lego, from rectangular bricks through to doors; windows; wheels, and even the bases on which to build your masterpieces on too have shown at the Tate Modern!
In my opinion, Lego is an excellent way of encouraging a child ...
