My son loves to build and create things and so for his birthday one of the presents that he received from his dad was the lego star wars set in which you could build Luke Skywalker’s landspeeder. The landspeeder comes in a hard wearing cardboard box which is quite tricky to get in to-this seems to be the case with most lego boxes these days though! My son loves building and playing with Lego. He is also a keen star wars fan so Lego star wars is an obvious choice for him! He now has quite a few sets in his collection, but the best is probably Luke Sky walkers land speeder, numbered 8092. Inside the box are 163 pieces including 6 minifigures and a 38 step instruction booklet. The minifigures are a real plus with this set and include – Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, R2-D2, C-3PO and a sandtroper with sentry droid. The first impression on opening the box is how few bricks there are in the set. For £25 this is a very small set. However, if your little ones are fans of the Star Wars range, this is a good way to get lots of their favourite characters in one go. Minifigures included in the set are Stormtrooper, C-3PO, R2-D2, Obi-Wan Kenobi and of course Luke Skywalker. The colour scheme is faithful to the film, with colours not usually seen in LEGO sets.
