produce a 'Climate-Positive' device case. At eco-nique, we take Climate change seriously, and so Endeavour to eliminate the carbon footprint (via Carbon offset contributions) generated by the 'end to end' manufacturing process, transportation, packaging and administration aspects of our business. We have partnered with the Carbon Emissions offset organization 'Climate Care'. Who are focusing a considerable effort to establish the highest possible standards for greenhouse gas offsets. By being ?Climate Positive?, do we not only offset all the carbon emissions generated by the product, but we go beyond the industry standard of climate neutral, by contributing an additional element towards greenhouse gas offset ? our way of doing our bit! Carbon offset is not the best way on reducing carbon emissions, and we do recognize this. Its the very least we can do to try and reduce the carbon footprint in the long run generated by the production of our products. It does help to reduce global emissions in the long run by investing in worthwhile Eco-schemes around the world. We do realize this is an interim measure, and don't treat offset as the only solution to solving our global environmental issues. So we have engage upon other ways to become as environmentally responsible as possible by seeking to implement initiatives within the company such as: recycling, use of recycled paper in our packaging, Join us in our endeavor to supply a more climate friendly product, and set the future trend in our industry

...The Pentax FA77mm is one of the best lenses around. It combines excellent build quality, and a small size to create a world class lens - up with the likes of Zeiss, and Leica lenses. Its has great resolution throughout its aperture range. I have used the lens on an APS-C camera, but not yet a 35mm SLR, though have heard it performs just as well on both. Although wide open the corner resolution isnt fantastic, once stopped down the resolution is high all over the shot. The bokeh (Out of focus areas) is beautifully rendered by the 77Ltd, producing smooth backgrounds and excellent areas of shallow depth of field. Colour is vibrant and strong, and there are no odd blue or orange colour casts. Purple fringing sometimes occurs on APS-C digital SLRs, as with most lenses, but only in high contrast situations (Eg. Shooting trees against the light...

Advantages: fast operation Disadvantages: no info in viewfinder, bad CCD quality, operating time
...I am a professional photographer and bought a Leica Digilux 1 in October 2002. Initially, I was pleased with the camera, it handled like a Leica M series film camera.
After a lot of tests in different lighting conditions, I came to the conclusion that the camera is not really suitable for the professional or serious amateur.
On the plus side, the Summicron lens is brilliant (although let down by the poor quality of the chip) and functions well.
The LCD screen is also large and easy to view and the cameras functions are easy to operate. It also works better at 'ISO' 100 - as the other settings produce more noise (which is a problem).
Unobtrusive and quick to use (the shutter actually fires when you press it without delay) it had the makings of a great camera, shame that Leica billed it as being almost useable for semi-pros or pros...

I have now had this camera for a couple of months and i must admit that at first it is rather daunting and somewhat complicated. I previously owned a basic olympus mju mini 'point and shoot' digital camera and this is a big step up.
