I graduated from Leicester University just over a year ago after completing a four year physics course. I may have complained about the course a fair bit whilst there but now I don't regret a thing. I may be biased, but I cannot think of anywhere else that I would rather have spent my undergraduate years. I picked Leicester for its reputation in my chosen field of study as well as its location, pretty easy to get to from anywhere in the UK and vice versa. On the whole the people are friendly, the staff helpful and although the city isn't the most beautiful looking place in the world it still has a lot going for it. Recently more pubs and clubs ahave been opening up there which makes it the perfect place for students. If you are thinking of going to uni. you could do an awful lot worse than pick Leicester university.
