Congratulations Lenstore and thank you...I was very impressed , from your easy to use website through very friendly and proffesional service to the amazing price. This was a trial run as I am always dubious of internet shopping having been stung in the past, I have just used Lenstore for the first time. The prices are very competitive and the staff have been very helpful. One slight glitch with the delivery (contact lenses but no solutions!) was quickly rectified when I pointed out the problem so no big problem! I will certainly use Lenstore again. LENSTORE RESPONSE: we apologise for the mispick in the package that was sent to this customer. This was down to human error in our fulfilment centre. We resolved the issue immediately and are pleased that the customer was satisfied with our service recovery. We value his custom immensely.

The prupose of Cioa is to write reviews on subjects, this is more of an open letter to them and their response. Perhaps if you elaborate more, let me know and I'll take another look for you.
