Advantages: as close as you can get to breastmilk, ready made cartons available Disadvantages: not as good for your baby as breast feeding, horrible smell, expensive
months. It's widely thought to be the closest to breastmilk (and advertised as such.) This is because it contains prebiotics - which would be naturally found in breastmilk. Prebiotics are basically food for the friendly bacteria in a baby's digestive system. It's important to encourage these friendly bacteria, as they help build the immune system and fight off infection.
Aptamil First also contains "Long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids" (LCPs) which are important for the development of a baby's brain, eyes and nervous system. Although most formula milks now contain LCPS, only Aptamil contains them in the format which is closest to breastmilk.
The milk is easy to prepare. The powder form comes in 900g resealable tubs, which contain a leveller so that you can accurately scoop the powder without adding too much or too little. You ...
Advantages: Cheaper than other brands, Flawless, Matt Finish Disadvantages: Out of stock a lot!
the powder to your face.
***USING THE POWDER/RESULTS***
I used to use the puff when applying the powder but did find that my make-up on my face looked a bit too heavy so I then started applying the powder with a big brush, which I prefferred.
This powder definately creates a flawless finish and makes me skin look healthy and it doesn't cake my face in make-up either. It also doesn't give me an orange tinge that some powders can do! (I hate orange girls!!!).
The powder is very long wearing and if I go clubbing I only need to re-apply it 1-2 times a night, (unless I'm dancing all night and I'm gettin hot and sweaty in the face!!)
This doesn't leave my skin oily or dry, and it doesn't give me spots either which is great. I have been using this powder for well over 3 years now and am very loyal to this brand. I would suggest this powder ...

overview of the subject.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), also known as 'spastic colon',
obviously affects the bowels. It is defined as an abdominal
pain and a change in bowel habit, not associated with organic
disease.
PATHOLOGY/CAUSES
- Abdominal colonic motility producing episodes of
uncoordinated spastic activity.
- Emotion/stress are aggravating factors.
- On occasions can follow an attack of dysentry.
- Often occurs in fibre-deficient diets.
SYMPTOMS/SIGNS
- Colicky abdominal pain.
- Change in bowel habit, ranging from constipation,
diarrhoea or an alternation between both.
- Colick/wind.
- Frequent defaecation (going to toilet), even when there
are no stools to pass. Defaecation can ...
