Advantages: It was just fantastic! Disadvantages: The fact it had to end at some point!!
...I have just finsihed reading the book Remember Me by the fantastic atuher Lesley Pearse. I have read all but 4 books by Lesley and what an outstanding author she is, her books have completely taken over my life whilst reading them. Remember me has definatly been the best read i have ever ever read, the love and care you feel for Mary and her loved ones is remarkable. I have had the book a week and have just finished it, i couldn't put it down, even refusing to go out on a saturday night! The only downside to the book is the amount of times you willl cry, because belive me you have to be a head hearted person not to at some points in the book. Applauses and thank you goes to Lesley pearse for this fantastic read!...

Advantages: Takes you to another world Disadvantages: House work doesn't get done
...This is the second book of Lesley's I've read.

I read it in 3 days, at work in lunchtime, cooking tea, watching tv, surfing the net, just couldn't put it down.

This gets her pregnant with her first child Charlotte named...

Advantages: Addictive! Emotional and a real tear jerker Disadvantages: Leaves you wanting more!
...My mum and I started reading LesleyPearce's books about 5 years ago, and haven't missed one since! Although the books look a bit daunting (3 inch fat paper backs with tiny print and squillions of pages) they are so addictive, there are never enough pages to satisfy my need to find out every last detail about the main characters life.
I started Remember Me on a Wednesday morning on the train into work, and had finished it by Friday night. I was so addicted; I just couldn't put it down, and found myself sneaking off to the toilets at work just to read a couple more pages!
Remember me is a storey based in the 1700's, and follow's the life of a young girl called Mary Broad from Cornwall, who through misplaced friendships, finds herself involved in petty crimes in order to survive since leaving her parents home in search of adventure...
